Shipping updates (Situation until end-January):
Dear customers,
This end-of-year has been particularly eventful around the world, in no small part due to continued disruptions linked to Covid, as well as shipping-heavy Christmas sales. As such, we are providing you with an update on shipping to different parts of the world, and the measures we are currently taking. We are expecting these measures to last until end of January 2021 at least.

EU states: We are hoping for a return to normal by mid-January in most countries. However, please note that it make take up to 15-20 days for some shipments to arrive. We apologize in advance and we are monitoring the situation very closely. We thank you for your patience.
UK: We are following closely the current Brexit negotiations, as well as the Covid restrictions both within the UK and for transports to and from the UK. We are keeping our webshop open to UK orders; as we search for the fastest, and least complicated, shipping companies and methods, you may receive your order labeled as a "gift", with a value "for customs purposes only", until the situation is clear with transborder postal services, import taxes and VAT imposition on inbound parcels. Please note that, as a result of Brexit, you may have your packages stopped by UK customs starting January 1st, which may require you to inform the relevant authorities on content, value and possibly pay import VAT and taxes. To avoid any issues, you can continue to order via our approved retailers with UK-based stocks, such as www.cultbeauty.co.uk , www.facegym.com , and www.skinstation.co.uk .
Middle East: Shipments to the GCC has seen delays up to 8 weeks compared to normal leadtimes (5-10 days) due to major backlogs at customs and scarce cargo flights. After investigation, we have decided to temporarily switch shipping to TNT, which has shown to be a faster, and more reliable, partner in the current, temporary disruptions. We must unfortunately, in this situation, add 60 CHF to all GCC-bound orders below 700 CHF to help cover for the significant surcharge from their services. In case you prefer the free shipping option with the possible significant delays, please contact us directly at order@drlevy.swiss .

North America: Shipments to Canada and the United States have been delayed up to 8 weeks compared to normal leadtimes (5-10 days). After investigation, we have decided to temporarily switch shipping to TNT, which has shown to be a faster, and more reliable, partner in the current, temporary disruptions. We must unfortunately, in this situation, add 50 CHF to all orders below 700 CHF to help cover for the significant surcharge from their services. Rest of the world: Please note that your orders may be significantly delayed, up to 8-10 weeks beyond usual. This is beyond our control and it has been affecting various countries very differently.
